Sample menu.

We are affiliated to the Dorset Seafood campaign. & also part of Dorset Food & Drink. We use locally based West Country Catch & Wool Village Fish Shop and also in east Dorset Seafresh Seafoods based in Poole for local, sustainability sourced fish ie: Weymouth Bay Grey Mullet, Poole Bay Plaice, Seabass, Abbotsbury Mackerel, Mussels from the River Axe in Devon. All the crab we use is fresh, hand picked Portland Crab from our local supplier Jeff Milner and from Wool Village Fish Shop based in Dorchester. Our meats are mainly sourced from J.Mato & Son of Blandford Forum, Dorset, & of course our Chinns' sausages from Devon. Coastal Cheddar from Ashley Chase Farm, Litton Cheney, Dorset & Dorset real ale chutney from Cherry Tree preserves of Bridport.

We use locally grown mixed salad leaves (when in season) from Tincleton salad & herbs, Nr Dorchester.
