We use locally based West Country Catch & Wool Village Fish Shop for local, sustainability sourced fish ie: Weymouth Bay Grey Mullet, Poole Bay Plaice, Seabass, Abbotsbury Mackerel, Mussels from the River Axe in Devon. All the crab we use is fresh, hand picked Portland Crab from our local supplier Wool Village Fish Shop based near Dorchester. Our meat from J.Mato & Son of Blandford Forum. Coastal Cheddar from Ashley Chase Farm, Litton Cheney.
We use locally grown mixed salad leaves (when in season) from Tincleton salad & herbs, Nr Dorchester.
All our substantial main courses are prepared daily by our chefs and are on the daily specials boards in the restaurant
